BIM SERVICES

 

We are using BIM process in below aspects of the construction:

Design, supply, delivery of goods during the build, build process, resource allocation, productivity requirements to meet targets…

 

Level of development (LOD) reach LOD 300 covering Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, construction documentation, building analysis, clash and errors detection etc.

LOD 500 covering As Built Model, Maintenance and Operations.

Our experience from the use of BIM process is so much more than just a detailed 3D model of a project:


The concept is most easily, the accuracy of the model combined with animations and fly-through allow contractor to access the design layout before the build takes place and make alterations.

​

In other words when the build takes place, there are fewer errors and far less rework needed. BIM process bring the construction team into the design process rather than them simply having to respond to a tender for construction after the design has been completed.

​

Our experience with The 'D' elements of BIM varies between:


3D relates to accurate 3Dmodel free of clashes, existing conditions, Animations, walkthrough…

4D relates to project phasing, planning, in time delivery, detailed simulation and installation, visual validation for payment approval…

​

5D relates to Real time conceptual modeling and cost planning, quantity extraction to support detailed cost estimates, trade verification from fabrication models (Structural steel, rebar, mechanical/plumbing, electrical … Value engineering, prefabrication solutions …

6D relates to sustainability: conceptual energy analysis, detailed energy analysis, sustainable element and LEED tracking.

7D relates to facility management applications: As-built, Manuals, maintenance plan and technical support…
